Beer

Beer is fermented alcoholic beverage made up of malted grains like wheat , rice , barley and hops . Beer is third most consumed drink after water and tea. 

Beer is being drinked by the people all over the world that's why there is so many beer around the world.

Beer usually contains 4-6% ABV . Process of making beer is called brewing . 

Brewing 

The process of making beer is called brewing and beer is being produced in brewery . 

The purpose of brewing is to convert starch sucrose into sugary liquid  called wort and that wort is converted into alcoholic drink called beer.

At first , wort is prepared by mixing starch source with hot water , is known as mashing . Hot water is mixed with crushed malt known as grist.

The sweet wort is then collected and being transferred into the vessel and then heated . During heating hops are being added for the bitterness ,  flavour and aroma . More the hops are boiled more bitterness it will add to the beer .

After heating the hop wort is colled and then gets ready for the yeast . During fermentation the wort becomes beer but the fermentation process goes for weeks and months.  

Fermentation is sometimes being produced in two stages primary and secondary . After the first fermentation some breweries put the beer in second fermentation . Second fermentation is used when beer required to store for long period of time. 

After the fermentation process beer is tested and then packed into the bottles or cans .
